Tuscan Breakfast Pizza

Get off to a great start with this spicy Tuscan Breakfast Pizza.

Cook Time: 20-25 minutes
Total Time : 30-35 minutes

Ingredients:
4 plain flatbreads or naan
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp Tuscan Spice Blend
1 cup Whole Milk
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 strips prosciutto. cut
4-8 eggs (1-2 per flatbread)

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a sauté pan, melt butter and add flour and Tuscan Spice Blend. Combine until a roux is formed. Slowly add milk, while whisking continuously, to form a thick sauce. Add the Parmesan Cheese and continue whisking until combined. On a baking sheet (lined with parchment paper if desired), place flatbread. Spread the sauce equally onto flatbreads. Top with shredded cheddar, prosciutto and eggs. Place in the preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes, until eggs are cooked to over easy. Remove from the oven and enjoy.
