All the American Potters' Collection pieces are vitrified, which means pieces are durable and functional for everyday use. All pieces are safe for the freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher, perfect to take right to the table for serving. Do not transfer pottery directly from the freezer to the oven. It is advisable to use a trivet or cloth between hard surface counters (granite, quartz, tile) and hot baking dishes to avoid sudden heat transfer.
